On leave today....
Went down to HDB hub to choose the flat today.....
Reached at about 7.50am even though appointment time is at 8.45am...
Queued at the reception counter to get my queue number..
Sat down at the waiting area waiting for my number to flash.....
Scared that there may be possibililty of going in earlier, we decided to wait and not to have breakfast first...
At 8.30am, our number flashed and went into the sales room to choose the unit!
Chosen the #14 unit...
He like to live high floor.....that was the best unit we can get....
If not, #11 was the next choice which was my choice...
In the end, went along with his choice since he is the master of the house..haha
Settled all the paperwork after 20 mins..
Went 3rd level to pay $$...
Back to sales office to get the documents..
Our bird nest is settled!
Now, need to wait for letter in the next 3 months for the next appointment date to pay the downpayment...
$$$ gonna wipe out clean by the govt!
Both of us has become "housing slaves" for the next 30 years....
We need to start to look for design concept for our new place.....
