After months of dragging.....I have finally signed the contract for the renovation!
Looking forward to the initial drawing in 2 weeks time....
In the mean time, HDB is still doing all the defects in the house and I'm going to submit the 2nd list up again!
Hopefully, everything can be done with March and I can start renovation asap....
Target to move in by June!
Been busy looking around for home furnishings....
Weekends always burnt...
Looks like this will go on for the next 2 to 3 months!
All the sofa and dining tables all look identical to me....
Only price play a different part! :P
Today, went over to seahouse retail shops at West Mall becos buddy told me got 50% off storewide!!!
Went over to see the sofa....dear dun really like the feel as he want those with wider seats so that no need to sit so upright!

Then over the Harvey Norman to see TV...
Talked to one of the staff for abt 1 hour...
Bargained over the price and free gifts over this
SONY TV...
I think the sales staff was quite keen to do my business and try to fulfil my requests...
Ben said I squeezed him dry liao....
But they really can reduce so much!
Meaning, they can really earn alot if customers pay the original prices!
But he said that is what the women is capable of!
Men dun bargain...got discount and free gifts....settle and buy on the spot!
Only women will be so frank and straightforward to ask for more!
Told my fren abt the deal and he said why must think over? He sure buy liao!
Hahahaha~
I will go Best Denki and try to see what they can offer before final decision will be made...
Personally, I have always like SONY or TOSHIBA over SAMSUNG or LG...
Due to cost factors, I would have chosen
Kimchi brands...
If I can get better deals for SONY or TOSHIBA, I will go for it...
Our pockets are getting thinner each day....
